You have purchased a high quality product. Should you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Please notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement. We understand this is not always possible, and accept later notice depending on the circumstances. We may ask for the return of the item (at our cost) or for photos of the defects. Please do not return defective items unless requested to do so. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery. Please notify us in writing via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to cancel within 7 days from delivery together with your reasons for the return. After notification we will send a confirmation of the amount of the refund and where to send the goods.
Refunds are given less our costs. These include carriage costs as paid by you when ordering and other costs incurred such as payment processing charges.
Goods must be returned complete ‘as sold’ in the original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition.
You must organise to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk within 14 days of our confirmation being issued.
